Privacy, in plain language.

This Privacy Policy applies to applications, websites, forms, and support services operated by Aerotech Sustainable Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including services connected with Aerowash AW3. It does not cover third-party products or websites that have their own privacy policies.

Depending on how you use our services, we may process:

• Information you provide. Your name, work email, phone number, organization, country, and the contents of messages, demo requests, or support requests you send us.
• Operational and support information. Aircraft, airport, equipment, or service details that you choose to include in a request, along with attachments such as screenshots or diagnostic files.
• Device and technical information. App version, device and operating-system type, IP address, timestamps, requested pages, and crash or diagnostic information when made available to us.
• Website activity. Standard server logs and information needed to keep our website secure and working.

Please do not include passwords, payment-card information, or unrelated sensitive personal information in a support request.

We use information only as reasonably needed to:

• provide, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot our services;
• respond to questions, support requests, and demo enquiries;
• understand faults and improve reliability and usability;
• communicate important service or policy updates; and
• meet legal, safety, and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for cross-app advertising or tracking.

We may share information with:

• service providers that host, secure, maintain, or support our services, under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
• professional advisers or authorities when required to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or address fraud or security concerns; and
• a successor organization in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable law.

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including to resolve support matters and meet legal or record-keeping requirements. The exact period depends on the type of information and why it was collected.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Send a request to info@sustainableaerotech.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also have the right to contact your local data-protection authority.

Aerotech Support is our mobile app for aircraft cleaning crews and airline engineers. Accounts are issued by your organisation; the app has no public sign-up. To have your account and the personal data linked to it deleted:

1. Email info@sustainableaerotech.com from the address you sign in with, using the subject “Delete my account.”
2. We confirm the request with your organisation’s administrator.
3. We delete your account, your email address, your name as recorded on sign-offs, and your account identifier within 30 days.

Wash records, inspections and photographs created during work belong to the organisation that employs or contracts you, and are kept as that organisation’s business records after your account is removed. Contact your administrator about those records.

Our services are intended for aviation professionals and are not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date above. Material changes may also be communicated through our services where appropriate.
