The robot rewriting how aircraft get washed.
Designed and engineered by Aerowash AB (Sweden). Deployed by AeroTech across Asia–Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa.
Built for the airframe.
Every value below is a tested, defensible number — held against the spec sheet from Aerowash AB.
Run your numbers.
Plug in your fleet and your wash cadence. We'll compute water, hours, and labor-cost deltas you can paste into a procurement doc.

Mission Control.
One supervisor. One wireless remote. Pre-validated wash path executed end to end.
- 01 · Approach
AW3 tows into the bay. Compact 4-wheel-steering footprint slides into tight hangar slots.
00:30 - 02 · Extend arm
Telescopic articulating arm unfolds. Brush head locks contact-pressure feedback against the airframe.
01:15 - 03 · Wash sweep
Pre-validated wash path executes. Brush traverses fuselage, wings, stabilizers — full coverage.
02:00 - 04 · Retract
Arm folds. Wash log auto-uploads. Aircraft released back to ground crew in 2–4 hours.
00:30
From bay to clean in four steps.
Tow & position
Towed to the aircraft bay. Compact 4-wheel-steering footprint positions in tight hangars without re-shuffling ground equipment.
Select profile
Operator selects the airframe profile (A350, B787, A380, etc.) on the wireless remote. The wash path is pre-validated for that aircraft.
Auto-wash
Telescopic arm extends. Brush head adjusts distance + angle in real time to maintain contact pressure across fuselage, wings, stabilizers, and engine cowlings.
Audit log
Wash log captured: water used, surface area covered, time per zone, exceptions flagged. Audit-ready every cycle.
Four parts. Built to wash any airframe.
Engineered by Aerowash AB in Sweden. Deployed end-to-end by Sustainable Aerotech across the AsiaPac and MEA regions.

Heavy-duty bristle. Engineered for aerospace skin.
Dense, deep-coverage bristle head that conforms across curved fuselage, wing leading edges, and engine cowlings. Auto distance + angle adjustment maintains contact pressure cycle to cycle — no operator skill required.

- PressureAuto-balanced, real-time feedback
- Detergent100% biodegradable (SOCOMORE)
9.5 metres of articulating reach.
Three-segment telescopic arm folds compactly for transit and unfolds to clear widebody fuselages. Reaches over wings to vertical stabilisers without repositioning the base.
- Reach9.5 m extended · folds for tight bays
- Articulation3-segment telescopic
- AircraftA320 → A380 · B737 → B787

Compact. Omnidirectional. Battery-electric.
4-wheel steering positions the AW3 in tight hangars without re-shuffling ground equipment. Battery-electric or diesel, depending on your operation. Built in Sweden by Aerowash AB.
- Footprint2.4m × 1.6m · slots into any bay
- Drive4-wheel steering · omnidirectional
- PowerBattery-electric · Diesel option

One person. One remote. One wash.
Wireless tethered remote means a single supervisor controls the entire wash cycle from a safe ground-side position. No more 6-person crews juggling hoses and ladders.
- Crew1 supervisor · ground-side remote
- CyclePre-validated wash path per airframe
- AuditFull wash log every cycle
